They are pivotal links in the industrial and supply chains and vital forces propelling economic transformation and upgrading. Reliance’s selection is the inevitable outcome of its steadfast commitment to the “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” development path since its establishment in 2022.

Specialization is the cornerstone of Reliance. Since its inception, Reliance has focused intensely on the core segment of high-energy-density, high-rate, tabless large cylindrical cell cells, deepening its presence in the specialized new energy power market. By establishing a comprehensive, specialized chain covering R&D of cell materials, core process design, large-scale production, and full lifecycle services, Reliance has continuously made breakthroughs in core technologies such as electrode preparation and electrolyte formulation. This has resulted in multiple proprietary core technologies, with product performance reaching internationally top-tier levels.
Refined management and distinctive products constitute Reliance’s core competitiveness. Reliance specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and system solutions for high-quality tabless large cylindrical cell cells. Its products stand out for their ultra-high-rate capability, super-fast charging, ultra-high energy density, ultra-wide operating temperature range, ultra-long cycle life, and ultra-high consistency. In production, Reliance has introduced intelligent production lines and established a fully digitalized quality control system spanning from material intake to finished product outbound. Leveraging technologies like AI visual inspection and real-time data traceability, it achieves exceptional precision and excellence. In product development, Reliance precisely targets market demand. Reliance is led by world-renowned lithium cell experts and gathers a team of PhD and Master’s graduates from top-tier domestic and international institutions. Supported by regional policies and services, Reliance currently employs nine PhD holders and has formed a multidisciplinary, multi-level high-end talent structure. This structure comprehensively covers material science, electrochemical mechanism research, product development, failure prevention validation, and more, forming a complete R&D system. Core members hail from leading Japanese cylindrical cell technology departments, averaging over fifteen years of lithium cell experience. Addressing the technical challenges of tabless large cylindrical cells, the team has achieved significant breakthroughs in areas like tab structure optimization and thermal management. In recent years, Reliance has applied for over 300 patents, with 17 invention patents and 27 utility model patents authorized. It has participated in formulating two power cell industry standards. Backed by solid technical prowess, Reliance has received numerous honors, including the Second Prize in the Growth Enterprise Category of the 14th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, recognition as a provincial “Potential Unicorn Enterprise,” provincial certification for its “High-Power, Wide-Temperature-Range, Ultra-Fast-Charge 21700 Series Tabless Cylindrical Cells,” inclusion in Changzhou’s “Smart Factory,” “Smart Workshop,” and “Municipal Engineering Research Center” lists, and municipal recognition of its “High-Capacity, High-Rate Tabless Large Cylindrical Cells” as a “High-Tech Product.”
