On January 12, 2026, Reliance New Energy hosted a joint launch ceremony for the “Xiaoqi Camp” Advanced Training Program and the “Jinggong Camp” Engineer Empowerment Initiative. Ms. Chen Xuan, Founder & Chairperson of the Company, along with the senior management team and core employee representatives, presided over the ceremony — a milestone that sees Reliance take a pivotal step in systematically developing its project management capabilities and bolstering the company’s core competitiveness.
01 Elite Troops for Action: Forge Ahead with the “Xiaoqi Camp” to Secure Victory in the Management Upgrade Drive
Competition in the new energy industry is growing increasingly fierce today. Technological innovation and market expansion are imposing ever-higher requirements on operational efficiency, decision-making quality, and execution speed. Reliance New Energy is fully aware that only by developing a standardized, replicable and evolvable project management system can the company enable leapfrog growth over the next 2-3 years and emerge as a genuine “dark horse” in the sector.
To this end, the company has officially rolled out the “Xiaoqi Camp” Advanced Training Program. Targeting mid-to-senior management personnel, the program focuses on strategic decision-making, standard formulation and system design, with the goal of building the company’s “command hub”. The “Xiaoqi” spirit embodies the courage to charge ahead and take the lead — much like the elite cavalry of ancient times, who dared to advance rapidly and collaborate seamlessly amid uncertainty. Endowed with agility and a mission-driven resolve, this spirit empowers the company to break new ground and claim victory in pivotal battles.
02 On the Launch Ceremony: Unify Around a Common Vision, Commit to Long-Term Growth, and Shoulder the Mission of Corporate Upgrading Together
This launch ceremony was far more than a regular training session. During the event, Chairperson Chen Xuan elaborated systematically on the strategic intent, core objectives and senior management expectations for this initiative. She pointed out insightfully: “The core of project management lies in value creation. As an old Chinese saying goes, ‘Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.’ We must not only solve problems, but also build a capability system for sustainable problem-solving.” She emphasized that this program is designed to align the entire workforce’s understanding of project management, help core backbones define their roles accurately in complex project contexts, break the mold of conventional thinking and cross-departmental silos, and truly return to the essence of project management – value creation as the core. She specifically noted that traditional management tools are no longer sufficient to address the complexity of high-tech projects. Only by achieving unified thinking, standardized methods and heightened attention can the team focus its valuable energy on forward-looking planning, systematic review and continuous improvement, thus laying a solid management foundation for the company’s long-term development.

At the ceremony, student representatives from the “Gallant Cavalry Camp” and “Precision Engineering Camp” were briefed on the overall project plan and phased goals. Going forward, participants of the Gallant Cavalry Camp will engage in in-depth discussions and consensus-building sessions, while the online learning platform for the Precision Engineering Camp will be launched as scheduled.
03 System Foundation: From Strategy to Execution, Forging a New Engine for Organizational Capabilities
The Advanced Seminar of the Gallant Cavalry Camp will compile the Reliance New Energy Project Management Implementation Guide (V1.0) and a supporting template library in a systematic manner through workshops, case studies and executive dialogues, covering key business scenarios such as new product development, technological transformation and informatization construction.
This system prioritizes the alignment from top-level design to frontline execution. By establishing a closed-loop of strategy – standards – execution, it ensures that project management methodologies are firmly implemented and continuously optimized across the company, truly becoming a core engine to underpin business development. Meanwhile, the program also strives to shape organizational culture in parallel, advocating a collaborative philosophy of “Let processes guide work and data drive decisions”. Through course development and case accumulation, practical experience is converted into reusable organizational wisdom, achieving in-depth integration of systems, culture and knowledge inheritance.

Chairperson Chen Xuan was present throughout the launch ceremony.
