Meeting: “I traveled from afar to embrace your heartfelt invitation.” Students from Nanjing, Xiamen, Harbin, Hangzhou, Zhenjiang, and beyond arrived with curiosity and excitement, meeting the warm welcome of Reliance Energy. It was a captivating mutual journey of discovery and connection. At 9:30 a.m. on the 11th, students arrived at the company by bus, signing in and taking group photos, their faces radiating youthful energy and anticipation.
Chairwoman’s Address: The event commenced with a heartfelt and inspiring speech by Ms. Chen Xuan, Chairwoman of the Board. Her sincere sharing not only highlighted Reliance Energy’s unwavering commitment and excellence in the renewable energy sector but also delved into the challenges of today’s talent market and industry prospects through her personal experiences and insights. Her words ignited students’ aspirations for their own futures and the future of renewable energy. Battery Lab Tour: Students stepped into the technologically advanced battery production line, witnessing the entire process from raw material testing to cell manufacturing and final product testing. Every step showcased the power and allure of cutting-edge technology, solidifying their resolve to contribute to the renewable energy sector.
New Factory Visit: The spacious, bright workshops, state-of-the-art equipment, and meticulous production processes gave students a firsthand understanding of Reliance Energy’s strength and potential. From the grand factory layout to the smallest design details, the team’s dedication to craftsmanship left a profound impression. Many students expressed eagerness to join the company and grow alongside the team.
Expert Interaction Session: At 3:30 p.m., the Open Day reached another peak as industry experts engaged in lively discussions with students. Seizing the opportunity, students asked questions about technology, career planning, and more. The experts patiently shared their industry insights and experiences, transforming curious faces into expressions of determination.
